Death Of A Salesperson

   The quickest way to lose a sale, is to ask a yes or no quetion. Once the customer says no, you’re out the door. Instead of asking if you like red, ask do you prefer red  or green? Would you like it delivered Monday or Thursday? And so forth. As I ask these questions, I’m also pulling out my order form and figuring out my commission in my head.
